Marissa is a passionate and nurturing yoga teacher that combines the strengthening and healing practice of yoga & meditation with the healing touch of Reiki.

She also specializes in Fertilty, pre and postnatal restorative yoga.

Barbara teaches modifications for the exercises to accommodate physical limitations so that the workout is accessible to everyone. She completed the Pilates Training in 2006 and is a certified instructor for group or private sessions in the mat exercises developed by Joseph & Clara Pilates.
