Penny Sanchez

I discovered yoga while I was starting out my career as a hairstylist. Four years into my profession I started to notice my back and wrists were in pain. I've always been into movement and dancing so I decided to try a local yoga class and that was it for me. I fell in love with this practice and have since been teaching for 19 years.

My first yoga teacher training was a twelve week course with AAAI(American Aerobics Association International) where I studied Hatha and received a mind/body personal training certification. I am also certified in Kundalini, Reg Veda, yin and received my 200 hours E-RYT Buit yoga certification.

For me yoga is a balance between strength and flexibility,exertion, and release. So my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic vinyasa flow style. Expect to move, sweat an breathe.
